A: This covers absolutely anything and everything that you would want assistance with on your website. Maybe a new page? Or a new feature? Need something more complicated. This has you covered 100%.
IMPORTANT Note: this does have one exclusion: any additional cost items which may be related to anything you want. Examples of this are if we have to purchase plugins, theme or other items in order to execute your request. This includes any other hard cash costs associated with your account not related to standard labor. These items will be billed as additional, and may also be billed monthly, annually as needed depending on the features needed.
A: Please note that once the free trial ends, a MyUnlimitedWP team member will reach out to those with either a Plus Club or Premium Club plan. We’ll need to gather information to: a) migrate your website hosting files b) transfer your domain into our registrar account c) apply SSL (Security License) or d) apply accessibility for disabled persons to website.
A: We don’t ever hold anyone hostage. There are a few good options to choose from here:
1. You can keep your website on our state of the art dedicated hosting service for $50 a month, which will continue your website speed, security, and backup features. This costs more than the “average” self hosted solution because of the enhanced services we provide.
2. You can pay us a one time cost of $165 to help you move your site to a host of your choice. This is just to cover our time and expertise to move this for you :D.
1. You can keep your domain name under our registrar without worrying about managing an account yourself.
2. You can pay us a one-time cost of $49 to help you transfer your domain name to a registrar of your choice. This is just to cover our time and expertise to move this for you :D.
